Attorney Daniel Hill was born in DeLand, Florida, and left Volusia County to obtain Bachelor’s degrees in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice from Florida Gulf Coast University. Following his graduation from FGCU, Daniel attended the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor. During his time at the University of Florida, Daniel assisted under-served communities throughout Central Florida while working alongside attorneys at Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida.
While in law school, Daniel focused his studies on estate planning and property law, and his career has continued to focus on those areas. Daniel takes pride in developing a personal relationship with his clients and continually strives to develop simple solutions for complex problems.
In opening the doors to Hill & Hill, Daniel desired to create an environment that would eliminate the stress of legal work and encourage — rather than discourage — communication between attorney and client. He enjoys taking time to get to know his clients and takes every step necessary to ensure each client has a full understanding of their case.
While not in the office, Daniel enjoys all that Florida has to offer. He is an avid scuba diver and fisherman and enjoys racing motocross with his family. Daniel’s passion for real estate developed at a young age while working alongside his father, an accomplished real estate broker in Volusia County — an experience that led him into the legal field and guided him through all aspects of property law.
