Attorney Thomas Hill (“Tommy”) was born and raised in Volusia County, Florida. Following his graduation from Father Lopez Catholic High School, Tommy attended Florida Gulf Coast University, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies. He then attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, where he graduated with honors.
While in law school, Tommy participated in the law school’s Business Law Clinic and Mediation Clinic. He focused his elective studies on the areas of law that interest him most, including estate planning, real estate law, business law, and alternative dispute resolution.
After successfully completing the Florida Bar exam, Tommy began practicing as an associate attorney at Bauer & Associates, P.A., where he honed his skills in landlord-tenant law, estate planning, real estate, business formation, civil litigation, and contract law. He later opened the doors at Hill & Hill, where his practice consists mainly of estate planning, real estate, landlord-tenant law, civil litigation, and contract law. Attorney Hill is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Volusia County Bar Association.
Tommy currently resides in New Smyrna Beach with his wife and son. Outside of the office he enjoys racing dirt bikes, competing in triathlons, and spending time with his family. He has remained active in his family’s business, primarily investing in real estate, and finds great joy in assisting each of his clients with whatever legal needs they may have.
